Quality Electrodynamics is searching for an Electronics Assembler
An Electronics Assembler performs electronic and mechanical assembly per documented procedures and applicable standards using hand tools and a variety of electronics assembly equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform assembly operations per documented procedures and applicable standards
- Follow all safety and ESD guidelines
- Ensure good organization and cleanliness of work bench and manufacturing area
- Contribute to building a culture of cooperation and teamwork
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in electronics assembly
Skills and Abilities
Required
- Basic computer experience
- Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions
- Ability to perform intricate electrical and/or mechanical assembly
- Ability to use hand tools (such as torx driver, screwdriver, solder, etc.)
- Must successfully complete hands-on solder training within the introductory period
Preferred
- Basic soldering experience
- Basic surface mount soldering experience
- Familiarity with industry standards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
