Quality Electrodynamics is searching for an IT & ERP Manager

We are currently in need of a dynamic, collaborative individual with a proven track record of leading both people and technology in order to provide functional and technical management of QED’s IT systems: both software and business solutions, and infrastructure. With some minor exceptions, this position is directly or indirectly accountable for all company IT systems, including ERP; reporting and other bolt-on or custom-developed business applications; administration and maintenance of servers and networks; data, network, and application security; endpoint hardware; and management of external service providers.

A qualified candidate will have:

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading a team of IT professionals responsible for the design, management, and development of IT business application solutions
• The ability to scope, design, and lead significant IT system and application maintenance or development projects as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, cross-departmental leadership skills capable of bringing colleagues together to accomplish business goals
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus), SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• The ability to leverage and manage external resources to ensure that servers, networks, and other infrastructure resources are reliable, secure, and aligned with the current and future needs of the business
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, combined with a highly developed level of ethical and professional integrity
